With GFC receding, skill shortages have surfaced again forcing businesses and IT Manager's to hold the projects. Entrusting development to a new unknown staff or a vendor is a big decision especially when your business depends upon it. Moving higher, Coexl is now Oracle Gold Level Partners, resumed Contracted R&D activities and expansion of Software Development, Maintenance, Upgrade and Resourcing facilities has commenced.
